If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn't quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns that are received within 14 days. All items must be.....
- Unworn / Unused
- No makeup / Fake tan or other marks
- Original tags attached
- Not smelling of perfume / washing powder / Smoke etc
- Sale items are Non Returnable
- Please note we do not offer free returns, all returns are at your own cost.
- Original delivery cost are non refundable

Once your item has been returned please allow upto 14 working days for this to be received. Once received we shall notify you by email or text message. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
Vouchers
All vouchers are to be used within 90 days from the date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanges or have their balances transferred to a new voucher.
